Recycling as a state of mind

In this day and age, it’s hard to go anywhere and not feel burdened by the pressures of life. Anything from getting a job, to earning a degree can help place pressure on anyone’s life. However, more recently we’re also placed under the pressure of slowly destroying our planet due to the amount of chemicals and emissions that we create through production, and through polluting our planet, and destroying our eco-system.

Surely we’ve got enough to think about, other than the planet. However it is vital to our very being that we are conscious about our future, and what we expect of the planet and our lifestyle.

Recycling can easily be seen as a state of mind. By recycling, we are helping stop many of the deadly things which are causing our planet to slowly dissipate, and lose its life forms. Through recycling, we are ensuring our future is safe.

Our future is dependant on many things. Trivial, and commercial things aside, we need oxygen, we need food, and we need water, and we need the many millions of tiny animals helping to support our eco-system, which keep the aforementioned things available to us.

If we do not start recycling our water, our energy sources, and the products and items in which we use, surely we are sending our own planet to an early grave.

Every day the oceans of the world are being polluted, through the use of oil tankers, cruise ships and even common fishing boats. While we can’t immediately help the amount of oil that is carelessly being disposed of in our oceans, we can help keep those oceans clean, by recycling our items, and correct disposal of garbage, to ensure it doesn’t end up in the ocean.
Thankfully many countries have passed bills, stating that anyone caught literally near the ocean will be fined severely, to help put a stop to the casual littering.

Through pollution, we are polluting the world, and the plants within it. Flora is what keeps the human race alive, with its ability to clean the oxygen we breathe, produce fruit and vegetable to keep our bodies healthy, and running efficiently, and feeding the many fauna which roam the earth.

If we are constantly polluting the trees and plants of the world, we are indirectly polluting the many animals that a good portion of us carnivores enjoy on a daily basis for food.
If we are not careful how we dispose of rubbish, we can pass on diseases and unwanted bacteria to animals, which may cause them to become sick and spread an epidemic. This would not be great for our future, because without food and water, we have nothing else to live on.
So by seeing the direct and indirect causes that pollution can make, recycling can make a vast difference to the world around us.

Consider recycling as a state of mind. By recycling a few bottles, or some old paper, you’re not just helping the animals or the plants around you. You’re also ensuring that your future is safe, and so are your descendants.

By recycling, you’re keeping the world clean, increasing its longevity, and allowing yourself a piece of mind when you consider your future.
